What’s with our obsession to simplify everything?
It feels as though we’re constantly called upon to find our one profession or calling, the one person we want to spend our entire lives with, the one right gender identity, sexual orientation, the one cure for a variety of problems. We feel the need to break it all down into one chewable, comprehensive, whole piece that we can swallow and digest.
But there is no oneness.
Simplification doesn’t solve conflict.
